ça a donné ça:
I just asked General Wei Fenghe, State Councilor and Minister of National Defense, PRC, for his views on whether the presence of concentration camps in Xinjiang could contribute to a greater security threat against Chinese interests worldwide. His response? The policy is "sound, absolutely right," and the proof is rising quality of life, a growing economy, growing tourism, and the fact that there has "not been a single terrorist attack in China in the past two years." China is providing "vocational training" to Uyghurs so that they will not "turn to terrorism."
