Hello Master
First, my sincerest apologises for my awful english...
I bought your comic because i saw the wonderfull drawing on it.
And once I began to read it, it had been a very good surprise : the drawing are as good as promising by the cover so it wasn't a surprise
but, and it's very important for me, the script and the universe are (imho) very very good.
For a first book, I think that your universe is very well describe : there are enough elements to discover it and enough mistery to wait the second book.
The characters are interesting and the actions well done.
Now you've said it, the influence of Miyazaki (Mononoke hime and Nausicaä ? (not sure for the second one)) is trivial (while I was reading it, it wasn't so trivial
)
One or two (little) criticism :
at the end (p46), we see Raido with the swords and the scabbards but, Naido didn't take the scabbards to Nobu Fudo...
and
at the p 35, Nobu Fudo said that it's a pity that Raido hadn't been enoguh fast to avoid his blade : so we can think that Nobu Fudo cut the arm of Raido... But the wound doesn't look like to be a blade's one... It looks like a "bite"
Hope it helps.
Damien
